According to the Deputy Minister, alongside preserving and promoting traditional cultural values, Vietnamese students must be equipped with foreign language proficiency and digital skills to access modern knowledge, adapt to international learning and working environments, and actively engage in global integration.
📌 Notably, Resolution No. 71 of the Politburo sets a clear direction to enhance students’ foreign language capacity, with the long-term goal of positioning English as a second language in schools, laying a solid foundation for international integration and sustainable digital transformation in education.
